What the H is That?

Have you ever been in a dark room, then, all the sudden, there is a little flash of light, seemingly? Just a little pinhole of light. Or, sometimes, it’s out in the corner of your eye, as in your periphery? Is that something interdimensional, or is it an electrical event in your brain, translating as being in your field of vision?
