This is really good. I haven’t visited Facecrack in a couple of years, and I’ve been off Xhitter for 3 months. I get so much more accomplished and I’m generally happier. Tell us your story about where you are in the process and any efforts you’ve made in letting it go. Instagone, Waste-Klok, and whatever else online that was holding you back.
The only thing I deal with now is my own procrastination, and that’s a far easier fix than dealing with the intentional obstacles like social media.
How about you? What are your methods or your thoughts on this? I have some things that help me with writer’s block, and I gave up TV years ago.
